In one of the oldest parts of Voždovac, once known as the “Clerks’ Colony”, and today dubbed “Voždovacko Dedinje”, a carefully selected corner house with a spacious yard, on the corner of Kosta Jovanovića and Jošanička Streets, got a new look through the Urban City Villa KJ25 Project.
Each unit features elements of the highest quality, from aluminum wood joinery, through separate heat pumps with noiseless Fan Coil devices, to modern multi-layer floor coverings. Here, in addition to functional organizational solutions, we have also implemented Living Smart Home Ready systems.
Separate garage access, entrance foyer, modern double-sided elevator, distance and isolation of the villa with brick fences and private gardens or functional corner terraces – every detail is designed so that the tenants feel as if they live in a private oasis.
